1. Payment Policy

Each lesson will be invoiced within 8 hours of completion.
Payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving the invoice via bank transfer or other approved methods.
Lessons not paid for within this timeframe may result in future sessions being placed on hold until outstanding balances are cleared.

2. Late Payment Fees

If payment remains outstanding for more than 48 hours, a late fee of $5 per day will apply until the balance is cleared.
Continued non-payment may result in the suspension of lessons and recovery action.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 8 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
Cancellations made with less than 8 hours’ notice will be charged at the full lesson rate.
If the tutor needs to cancel, the lesson will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

4. Group Lessons

Group lesson fees are charged per student.
Full payment is required regardless of individual student attendance.

5. Student & Parent Responsibilities

Students are expected to arrive prepared for each lesson with required materials.
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring payment is made on time and that students are punctual.

6. Tutor Responsibilities

Tutors will arrive on time, prepared, and provide high-quality, personalised lessons.
Lesson notes or feedback may be provided at the end of sessions as required.
Tutors will maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

7. Refunds

Refunds are not available for missed or unattended lessons without appropriate notice.

Pre-paid lesson packages (if offered) are non-refundable but may be credited toward future sessions at the discretion of Lumine Academy.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

All student information, academic progress, and personal details will remain strictly confidential and will only be used for tutoring purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

While Lumine Academy provides high-quality tutoring services, we cannot guarantee specific academic results.
Lumine Academy is not liable for any loss or damages arising from tutoring services beyond the cost of lessons delivered.

By booking lessons with Lumine Academy, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
